22nd Annual Meeting of the European Society for Movement Analysis in Adults and Children
Monday 2nd - Saturday 7th September 2013
Dear members, colleagues and friends,
A very warm welcome to the 22nd Annual Meeting of the European Society for Movement Analysis in Adults and Children (ESMAC). The congress is suitable for those interested in the clinical and technical aspects of movement analysis. This multidisciplinary event always provides a vibrant and enjoyable forum for researchers and clinicians to advance the state-of-the-art in movement analysis.
ESMAC 2013 will be hosted by the Bioengineering Unit of the Department of Biomedical Engineering, University of Strathclyde in Glasgow. We are delighted to be able to invite you to participate in the year of our department's 50th anniversary.
Glasgow was recently named as one of the world's top ten must see cities by the Lonely Planet travel guides, and our city is also measured as one of the most cost effective by studies such as the Mercer Cost of Living, thus our visitors can be assured of an affordable experience. Our classical Victorian architectural legacy is complemented and contrasted by cutting edge revitalisation along the River Clyde, and we enjoy one of the most lively and varied social scenes you could hope to find, as well as having the magic of Scotland on our doorstep. Our unique traditions and culture will ensure a truly memorable event which is not too be missed. We are looking forward to welcoming you in person to enjoy ESMAC 2013 in Glasgow.
